With so many iphone 5 screen rumors hitting the internets, what is anyone to believe?

More than a handful of iPhone 5 screen rumors have emerged recently regarding the likelihood of an up-and-coming iPhone bearing a larger 4.6, 4 inch, 3.7 inch or 3.5 inch screen. With so many rumors to point to which one should we believe?

Since 2007, the iPhone has produced the exact size screen and it’s difficult to determine if Apple is going to do anything different with its next gadget, mostly since last year nearly everyone anticipated a bigger display.

Would you be interested in a iPhone 5 screen at 4.6 inches?

If an iPhone came out with a screen larger then 4, maybe the rumored 4.6 inches, it could develop into something too overwhelming and tedious for developers to resolve and would require them to reevaluate their graphics applications. Or would this driver developers to design a whole new app market  for hybrid phone/tablets?

iPhone 5 screenReuters cited a South Korean source  proposing that Apple might have an interest in utilizing a 4.6-inch display on the latest iPhone 5 and releasing it in the second quarter of 2012.

Do you think the iPhone 5 will ship with a 4.6 inch screen?

On the other hand, iMore has acquired data from a reliable source within the confines of Apple that claims the iPhone 5 will abide by its 3.5-inch screen that Apple currently employs on the iPhone 4S.

Moreover, it’s reported by Japanese blog Macotakara that Apple is currently working on the latest product that will bear a 5-inch Retina display and the date of the launch is expected in 2013(lol).

This LCD’s resolution will boast a 1600 x 960 pixel or 1280 x 960 pixel.

This style of phone would produce even more issues for developers because that resolution would compel them to develop other screen dimensions regarding their apps that would have to conform to the latest screen display.

iPhone 5 screenJust this past January, 9to5Mac quoted dependable information from Foxconn declaring that the iPhone 5 is nearly ready to be manufactured. The inside scoop claims that the phone will incorporate a 4-inch screen, it will be somewhat larger than the present models, and the thickness will remain the same.

To hold up this rumor hundreds of Google news sources are now pointing to the 4 inch iPhone 5 rumor, which would put Apple with striking range of alot of Android Phones sporting larger screens. The Samsung Galaxy note has recently hit shelves sporting a 5 inch screen with mixed but mostly positive reviews. Food for thought for Apple trying to determine the best iPhone 5 screen size.

Revisiting Liquid Metal Rumors For iPhone 5 and battery life speculation

There are rumours spreading in different forums and blogs that Liquid Metal alloy technology would be incorporated to iphone 5. However, some analysts say that it might revolutionize the existing look of iPad 3.

The good thing about having an iPhone 5 news blog for the past 2 years is the reality that we already have recorded rumors about iPhone 5 that permits us to expose every detail as they would come around this year. In my recent article, I mentioned that iPad 3 would have a virtual identical form factor akin to iPad 2. It is not absolutely unrealistic to think that iPad 3 would have a re-designed form factor.

Moreover, I also mentioned that Apple will be having a licensing partnership with liquidMetal. Hence, a strong, moldable and light LiquidMetal alloy is expected to be seen on Apple device. LiquidMetall has a proven record of accomplishment in making beautiful things so it would surely become a perfect amalgamation.

In a story that was featured early last year, it has been mentioned that LiquidMetal alloy properties can be used for designing a new battery that would fit iPhone 5. Some experts say that using the said technology would allow Apple to produce devices with excellent battery power that could last for thirty days and MacBooks that could last for twenty hours or so.

Apple has been utilizing LiquidMetal these days for SIM eject tool, which comes with iPhone. Moreover, inventors of LiquidMetal technology have predicted that Apple would be using the said technology to their next iPhone; there is a patent document from Apple that supports the said notion.

Furthermore, not long time ago, a report came out that another Apple battery-linked patent allows Cupertino designers to make battery packs for iPhone 5 or other Apple devices that will be made in the future.

In the year 2011, there was also a rumor that iPhone 5 would have a metal back and the it’s been mentioned too that it will be made of aluminium but there’s another insurgent rumor that came out and that LiquidMetal would be the material.

Later on, there was an article that says, the alloys produced by LiquidMetal are harder, corrosion-resistant, elastic and stronger as compared to other alloys. Sounds better than aluminium back, right?

Now, this year, we will find out if the rumors about LiquidMetal alloys will be actually used for iPhone5 or iPad3 is true. Perhaps the reason why LiquidMetal wasn’t used last year is because this year is the right time to use it. So watch out for the next Apple products to be released this year!
